|The student can select and interpret data from natural scientific research and is able to use these data for: |
The student can position this information about the spread of substances, environmental quality norms, and the process of composing these norms within the framework of environmental management
- Quantifying the spread of substances in the environment
- Compose environmental quality standards
The module Human and Ecological Risk Assessment provides an introduction to the methods that are applied to analyse the effects of substances to public health and ecosystems. The module discusses the spread and effects of substances in the environment that are dangerous to the environment.|
In addition, the module will also consider the analysis of substance flows in the environment, the starting points of composing quality standards, as well as the composition and background of human and ecological environmental quality standards for substances. The emphasis will be on the scientific risk assessment of substances, the composition of standards, and the application of these standards in policy practice.
